I am feeling so tired nowadays. I can really feel a difference between having alvon's time and this little prince inside me. Everything seems more. Tiredness, leg cramp in middle of night, tummy size, etc..

Sometimes I wonder if I should have let Alvon rely more on my helper? But I hope I will be the one he will run to when he cries. I'm sure every mother will want to feel so. Not that now he cries, he doesn't want me to cuddle him, but I feel my helper does a better job than me, in calming alvon now.

I am now in my week 28. Next gynae appointment will be on next Sat.

Yesterday in my office, we had lion dance invited by one of the department and of course I joined in the fun. I was just standing among the crowd, when I started wondering, now that the one inside me can hear what we are talking to him, will he be deafened by the loud drum sound and everything. Well, I hope his hearing is fine. During the lion dance, I kept talking softly with my hand on my tummy, saying "don't worry, don't be scared, it is just lion dance and it is fun."

Alvon finally showing interest in walking!! On first day of chinese new year, while he was playing with my helper at his play area, he took steps and walked towards her on the playmat. Then I started joining in the "fun" and we made him walk to and fro me and my helper and the maximum number of steps (considering steadily ones) were eight steps. Although he still don't know how to stand up without support on his own, at least he knows how to stand steadily without tip-toe-ing for a considerable amount of time. I hope to get it film down one of these days.

Today, the third day of chinese new year, we went river ang bao. So coincidently, we met Jensen and his family there. Our main aim in going there was the wishing well. We hit all the bells with the coins we took there and I even hit one of them loudly. I was thinking to go find Samantha after that but it was already almost ten, so we decided to head home for alvon's night sleep.

Oh, for some reasons, alvon cried quite badly for two consecutive nights on eve and day one of chinese new year. He cried till I feel so heart pain, not knowing what did he want and how I can stop his cries. Both crying end in an hour.

Alvon had been having medicine for his running and blocked nose for a week since last tuesday. We had brought him to see the PD at Tiong Bahru on monday when we almost finishing his medicine from Seng Kang. After a change of medicine, we feel his nose clear up now and thus we decided to give him one last dosage last night.

Crossing my fingers, he had been sleeping through the night without a feed for some times already. Although he will still toss and turn around his cot, but at least he managed to sleep through till morning. However, mostly he will go to bed now after 10pm (from the initial 9pm), sometimes even till 11pm then fall asleep. Morning he will wakes at 8am or later if I am not working. If I am working, I will carry him into his "shake-shake" around 7am and that will depends if he will wake up during the move.

My little baobei is down with fever, running nose and cough. His fever although not that high, but is making him so tired. He seems to be having lots of mucus in his nose and at the same time, keep drooling because of blocked nose. And these will trigger his cough also. Everytime he sneeze, will have mucus coming out, which is a good thing as he doesn't know how to breath out hard to get them out. Often he will tear a drop, which I guess is due to irritating nose.

Last night, we went to Paediatric Centre at Sengkang instead of travelling to Tiong Bahru. It was a long queue but we went for dinner after registering. The clinic was bit small and cramped with other families, so we mainly stook outside and waited. He was given fever syrup, cold syrup, cough syrup, nose spray and nose drop. Total of five medicine.

I took one day child mc and stayed home with him today. At times, he will take his medicine willingly, sometimes he simply shouted and wriggled from my helper's grab. Tomorrow my mother will be staying with him at home. I hope she can managed. Friday I will take over again and hopefully, everything will clear up soonest for my baobei.

Saturday Alvon's BJG lesson went well. As usual, he would always go to the teacher box and climbed to sit on it, or he will crawl to the front of the teacher and blocked the rest of the group's view. I did not took any pictures, thus cannot show in here. Although the lesson seems similar to the trial one, I feel it is good interaction for him to have in a group learning and playing. I hope next lesson will be something different so daddy will not say is a waste of money.

For his first time, alvon managed to poo poo into his potty. We saw that he started going red with "mmmmm" sound, daddy said let him try the potty again. The helper took off his diaper and he sat there for about 5 minutes and ta-da.. the potty got one output result. Soon after, he started struggling with my helper and we wash his buttock up and wear back the diaper. I took a few pictures but not uploaded to laptop yet, so cannot show here either.

As alvon's sleeping cot was placed "connecting" to my side of the bed, this morning his daddy woke up saw that he was burying his face in my pillow. Daddy said he don't want to use his pillow and want to share with me.

We did our spring cleaning yesterday and it was still like 40% not done yet. Thus, this friday, since I am taking leave, we will continue spring cleaning for another day and hopefully, we can finished our this year cleaning. This weekend, we are going to store drinks and snacks for chinese new year. Hope I can have the mood soon. Till now, I am still not in CNY mood.
